What is your Return Policy?
At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.
2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays
We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.
4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign
Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.
5. Changed Your Mind?
You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.
7. Restocking Fees
Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Description
The Arctic Blue Line walk-in cooler is a cold room you order the way you order a piece of equipment. Arctic Industries has been building walk-in coolers and freezers since 1981, and the Blue Line is its quick-ship range: twenty floor plans from 6' x 6' up to 10' x 20', each available bare or with the refrigeration matched to the box at the factory, holding 35°F for produce, dairy, prepped stock and case-lot beverage. Pick the footprint and whether you want the insulated floor (that choice is built into the Size option below), pick how the refrigeration is arranged, and — if the box is going outdoors — select the Environment option for the weatherized kit. Those choices are the whole order.
Before you order, talk it through with us. A walk-in is closer to a small construction job than a piece of countertop equipment, and the details that go wrong are almost always the ones nobody asked about: interior clear size, which way the door needs to swing, whether panel bundles will make it through the receiving door and around the corners, and who is commissioning the refrigeration. Which refrigeration option do you need?
This is the part of the order buyers most often want help with, so here is the plain version of each choice.
Box Only (no refrigeration). Panels, door and hardware, with no refrigeration supplied. This is the right pick when a mechanical contractor is already specifying and supplying the system, or when the box is replacing an enclosure around equipment you are keeping. You get the room; the cooling is somebody else's scope.
Remote Pre-Assembled (RPA). The condensing unit sits away from the box — a mechanical room, a mezzanine, a pad outside the wall — and is connected back to the evaporator with line sets. It is quieter in the kitchen and rejects its heat somewhere other than the room the staff are working in, which is why most busy operations end up here. It does need a refrigeration contractor to run and braze the line sets, pull a vacuum, charge and commission it. Budget for that trade.
RPA High Ambient. The same remote arrangement, specified for a hotter equipment space. Arctic rates remote compressor applications to 95°F; if the room your condensing unit is going into runs hotter than a normal plant room in summer, this is the version to buy. Standard remote gear in a baking mechanical room is the classic way to end up with short cycling and a service call in July.
Self-Contained. The refrigeration is mounted on the box and arrives as one assembly. It is by far the simplest install — set the box, plug it in, no line sets, no brazing — and it is the fastest route to a working cooler. The trade-off is that the compressor runs in the same room as the box, so it puts its heat and its noise into that space, and Self-Contained is not offered above 8' x 12' or 10' x 12', because past that footprint the capacity needed no longer fits a box-mounted unit.
How the box is built
The door is the detail worth pausing on. Blue Line doors are 34" wide by 78" high, against an industry norm nearer 26". That extra eight inches is the difference between wheeling a loaded sheet pan rack or a dolly straight in and turning it sideways, unloading half of it, or catching a knuckle on the frame twenty times a shift. If you have ever watched a prep cook fight a rack through a narrow walk-in door, that is what you are buying out.
Doors are foamed in place and self-closing, with a key-lock handle, an LED thermometer and a light switch on the frame, so the things a manager actually touches are all in one place. Kick plates run 24" on both the interior and the exterior faces, which is the height that takes the beating from carts and pallet jacks.
The Blue Line is listed for indoor use, with the walk-in rated to a 90°F ambient and remote compressor applications to 95°F. Those two numbers are what the High Ambient option and the Outdoor Weather Kit exist to address — the kit is now selectable directly above via the Environment option, not a separate order — if your box is going somewhere hot, or somewhere weather reaches it, say so when you call.
Options worth asking about: LED interior lighting, strip curtains for a door that spends its life open, and interior or exterior ramps where the floor creates a step. EcoNet-enabled unit coolers are available if you want the refrigeration reporting into a controls platform.
Freight, delivery and site survey
Walk-ins do not ship as a single crated unit. They arrive as bundles of panels, a door section and, where fitted, refrigeration equipment, usually across several pallets. Because of that, freight on these is quoted per job and is not calculated at checkout — the number depends on the size of the room, the delivery address, whether the site takes a full-size trailer, and whether you need a liftgate, an inside delivery or an appointment window. We price it against your actual address and send it to you before you commit.
For the same reason, a walk-in needs a site survey before installation. Somebody has to confirm the floor is level and will carry the load, that the panels can physically reach the room, that there is a route for the refrigeration lines or a power drop where the unit will sit, and that the finished box leaves the clearances the local inspector expects. We would rather sort that out with you on the phone than have a truck arrive at a door the panels do not fit through.
Arctic ships selected Blue Line sizes in two business days. Ask us which of the sizes below are quick-ship on the day you are ordering, as that list moves with stock.
We do not publish a shipping weight for these. Arctic does not list one for the Blue Line, and because the load splits across multiple pallets and changes with the refrigeration option, a made-up figure would only produce a wrong freight quote on a five-figure order. Freight is quoted per job instead.

Arctic Industries covers the Blue Line with 1 year parts and labour, 5 years on the compressor and 15 years on the panels. The panel term is the one to note: the insulated shell is the part of a walk-in you cannot easily replace, and a fifteen-year term on it is Arctic backing the thing that has to outlast two or three refrigeration systems.
