What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

This listing is the Prática Fit Express ventless high-speed oven in black supplied together with Prática's panini press accessory — one price covering both the oven and the press. The Fit Express is a twin-magnetron countertop speed oven that finishes fresh, chilled or frozen food in a fraction of conventional oven time from 15.2 inches of counter width, with no ventilation hood above it. The press adds a proper grilled-sandwich programme to the same machine.

What the panini press adds

The press is a hinged pair of aluminium plates with a non-stick coating that sits inside the oven chamber. It closes onto the sandwich so heat and pressure arrive from both faces at once, producing defined grill marks and a fully melted centre rather than a warm middle and a soft crust. It handles fillings from 12 mm to 74.6 mm thick, ships with a dedicated paddle for loading and lifting it safely, and is dishwasher safe. Because the press can stay in the chamber during other cooking by setting a basket on top of it, a site running paninis alongside pastry and pizza does not have to swap accessories between orders.

Ventless operation removes the biggest line item in the build

The Fit Express is certified ventless: no exhaust hood, no make-up air, no fire suppression system above it. A Type I hood with suppression and the associated ductwork is a five-figure install that also constrains where the kitchen can be placed, because the duct has to reach the roof. Removing it is what puts hot, made-to-order food into convenience stores, hotel pantries, stadium concourses, coffee bars and leased retail units that could never have supported a conventional cook line.

Two magnetrons and impinged air working together

Two 1,100-watt magnetrons drive energy into the centre of the product while high-velocity impinged air works the surface. That division of labour is why a speed oven beats a microwave on quality and a conventional oven on time: the microwave energy heats the mass, and the air jet does the browning and crisping the microwave cannot. Air speed, temperature and microwave power are set independently at every step of a programme, so a frozen pastry and a chilled sandwich can each get the profile they need.

Recipe programming keeps output consistent across shifts

The oven stores an unlimited number of recipes of up to eight steps each, organised into 16 groups. Staff select an item rather than judging a time and temperature. Programmes move between sites on a USB stick, and Wi-Fi or wired RJ45 connection to Prática's IoK platform means a menu change can be pushed to a fleet rather than retrained store by store.
