What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DSM-12R is a narrow single-door glass merchandiser built to sell cold product rather than just store it. At 24-3/4" wide it takes up about the same floor space as a two-drawer file cabinet, yet holds 11.47 cu. ft. behind a lit glass door — enough for a grab-and-go drink set in a deli, coffee bar, break room or convenience store checkout lane.

Bottom mounted compressor

The refrigeration system lives in the base of the cabinet rather than overhead. In a merchandiser that matters twice over: nothing blocks the sightline through the glass, so the top shelf stays as sellable as the middle ones, and the condenser sits at a height a technician can actually reach with a brush without pulling the unit out of the line-up. The trade-off is that the coil is closer to floor dust, so it wants a monthly wipe in a high-traffic room.

Single swing door with lock

One self-closing glass door means a customer only ever reaches into one zone, and the cabinet recovers temperature quickly after each open because the opening is small relative to the cabinet volume. The lock lets you close the case out overnight or during unattended hours without moving product to the walk-in.

R290 refrigerant and light electrical draw

The 1/5 HP system runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 2.64 oz charge — a very small quantity with a global warming potential in the single digits, which is where commercial merchandising refrigeration has been heading since the HFC phase-down began. At 2.1 amps and 235 watts the unit plugs into an ordinary 115V circuit and will share a general-purpose branch with other counter equipment without tripping it.
