What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Dukers DIM-500A is a modular air-cooled ice machine head mounted on a 352 lb storage bin, standing 71-1/5" tall on a 22" wide footprint. It makes up to 496 lbs of full-size cube ice per day, which puts it in restaurant, hotel and catering territory where ice demand runs steadily all day rather than peaking once.

Bin capacity is the number that matters

The 352 lb bin holds more than two-thirds of a full day's production. That reservoir is the point of a head-and-bin machine: it absorbs a dinner rush that pulls ice faster than any compressor can freeze it, then refills during the slow hours. A machine with the same daily output and a small bin will run dry at exactly the wrong moment, which is why bin size, not production, is usually the constraint in a restaurant.

Air-cooled condenser and siting

The condenser is air-cooled, so the machine needs no water line for cooling and no drain for condenser discharge — only potable supply and a drain for the ice-making circuit. In exchange it rejects its heat into the room, so it wants clearance around the intake and a space that does not sit above about 90°F. Production is rated at 496 lbs per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water, and 400 lbs at 90°F air and 70°F water; size against the second figure if the machine goes in a hot back-of-house corner.

Two-piece delivery

The head and the bin ship as separate cartons — the head in a 24.8" x 27.17" x 30.31" package and the bin in a 25.2" x 36.61" x 46.46" package — and are assembled on site. That matters for receiving: a 71-inch assembled cabinet would not clear most doorways, and splitting it means two manageable pieces instead of one crate that needs equipment. Total net weight is 121.7 lbs.
