What is your Return Policy?

At Supplyza, we want every customer to shop with confidence. Here is exactly how returns work.

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We are unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Arranges the Return, and Who Pays

  • We arrange every return. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will email you a prepaid parcel label, or — for large equipment that shipped by LTL freight — book the pickup and send you a Bill of Lading. Please do not book your own carrier or buy your own postage; we cannot reimburse shipping we did not book.
  • Damaged, defective, or the wrong item: we pay the return shipping in full, parcel or freight. No restocking fee.
  • Changed your mind: the actual return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, along with the 25% restocking fee. We quote that cost to you in writing when we issue your RMA, before anything is booked, and you can cancel the return at no cost up to that point.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We will arrange and pay for the return, and once the item is back and inspected we will issue either a full refund or a replacement, including any original shipping costs.

4. Freight Deliveries — Inspect Before You Sign

Large equipment is delivered by appointment and you will be asked to sign for it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the driver's delivery receipt before you sign it, photograph the crate and the item, and contact us within 1 business day. Damage you only discover after uncrating must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, because freight carriers set their own concealed-damage claim deadlines. Please call us at +1-877-731-7972 before refusing a shipment — in most cases we can resolve it faster if you accept the delivery with the damage noted.

5. Changed Your Mind?

You can return the item within 30 days as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. Freight items must go back on their original pallet or in their original crate with the bracing reinstalled. Equipment that has been installed, plumbed, wired, or put into service cannot be returned. We refund the product cost minus the 25% restocking fee and the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we will send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it. If it has been over 10 business days since your refund was approved and you still do not see it, contact us at support@supplyza.com and we will look into it immediately.

7. Restocking Fees

Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee (0%) for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, and we cover the return shipping on those.

Product Description

The Ampto PZA-6US is a single deck electric pizza oven with a 41.57 x 26 inch refractory brick deck, holding 6 pizzas of 12 inches per load at up to 842 F. It runs on 220V three phase power and is made in Italy.

Independent Top and Bottom Heat with a Brick Deck

Each deck has independent top and bottom heat control, so the floor can be set hotter or cooler than the crown to balance a crisp base against topping color. The baking surface is removable refractory brick, the deck interior is aluminized steel, and mineral wool insulation surrounds the chamber. Armored heating elements, halogen lighting, a baking timer and an independent temperature safety device are standard.

A Wider Deck for 18 Inch Pies

The PZA-6US uses the wider 41.57 x 26 inch deck, which fits six 12 inch pizzas, two 18 inch pizzas, or two 18 x 26 inch trays at once. That makes it the single deck choice for operations running large pies or sheet trays, where the 28.35 inch square deck of the PZA-4US holds only one 18 inch pizza. The PZA-12US stacks two of these decks in the same 52 inch width.

23 Amps on a Three Phase Circuit

The standard PZA-6US runs on 220V three phase power and draws 23 amps, with Ampto recommending AWG 4x10 wire and a NEMA 15-30P plug. Average consumption is listed at 4.1 kWh. The oven ships wired with no plug attached, and a single phase version is available as an option, drawing 39 amps with a NEMA 6-50P plug recommendation. A painted steel stand is included and ships unassembled; casters, a top front steam collector for direct ventilation, and a stacking kit are optional.
